  • Can I schedule a wedding consultation?
    Absolutely! We love weddings! Please email us at florist@kmarieflowersandgifts.com to get started! We have a helpful inquiry form you'll complete and email back with any inspiration photos you've saved, and we'll schedule you for a meeting either in person at our shop, or via Zoom to talk flower details!
  • Do you have a minimum?
    We do not require a minimum to book your wedding with K. Marie Flowers & Gifts. Whether you need just a small bouquet or every possible surface lavishly flowered, we believe everyone deserves beautiful flowers by K. Marie!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and checks with proper ID. Some businesses may also qualify for billing terms. Please contact the flower shop directly to discuss if you qualify for House Account billing.
  • I tried placing an order but it didn't go through. What do I do now?
    Oh no! We apologize for the inconvenience. Please make sure you’re using the most recent version of your browser program. If not, you may need to download an update from the software maker’s website. If the problem persists, please call us at (513) 553-0252 and we are more than happy to help you over the phone.
  • What if my selected flowers are not available?
    Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color palette of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
  • What is your delivery area?
    Our shop locally serves the following cities and surrounding areas: Amelia Bethel Cincinnati New Richmond Moscow Batavia Felicity Don't see your city listed? Give us a call - we likely can accommodate your order!
  • Will you deliver to a nursing home?
    Yes, we would love to! Nothing brightens someone's day like flowers. Here is a list of local nursing homes that we deliver flowers to regularly: Siena Gardens, Batavia Nursing Care Center, The Anderson, Provision Living, The Glen, Mt. Washington Care Center, Otterbein and many others. If you do not see the nursing home or facility you are looking for, please give us a call at (513) 553-0252, we may be able to accommodate special requests.
  • What funeral homes do you deliver to?
    We deliver to local funeral homes daily., including: EC Nurre Funeral Homes in Amelia, Bethel, and New Richmond, Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home, Moore Family Funeral Homes, Megie Funeral Home, TP White Funeral Home, Maham Funeral Home, Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Homes, and many others.
