Substitution Policy

Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary, certain blooms or containers may occasionally be unavailable. When this happens, our designers will create a beautiful arrangement of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style, color palette, and sentiment of your order. We will always prioritize your requested flowers whenever possible, and substitutions are made only when necessary to ensure freshness and quality.


Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are generally final. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue. Refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the situation, product condition, and timing of the request.


Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by distance and ZIP code to ensure accurate service throughout our extended delivery area. Fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Additional charges may apply for timed deliveries, re-delivery attempts, extended rural areas, or special delivery requests.
With the exception of funeral services, we cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will always do our best to honor specific time requests whenever possible.


Taxes

All applicable state and local taxes will be added to your order during checkout. Sales tax is calculated according to Ohio laws and applied to both products and some services, where required.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations or changes must be made before the order has been designed or dispatched. Once an arrangement is created or en route, cancellations cannot be processed.

During peak floral holidays—such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas—product availability may be limited, and substitutions may be required. Delivery times may vary due to high volume.
